Tournament of Kings takes place at the theater-in-the-round arena of Excalibur Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas. This live-action performance is inspired by the King Arthur tale and honors courageous knights and chivalry and special effects and pyrotechnics help to bring the story alive. Travel back in time to see King Arthur feasting with his knights, court maidens singing and dancing, knights proving their bravery in a friendly tournament.
The seating zone is divided into parts that each represent a “country”. Guests cheer the king and the knight representing their “country”. While brave knights compete in horse riding, sword fighting, and wrestling, Lords and Ladies enjoy a delicious three-course meal served during the show. Feast starts with “Dragons’ blood” tomato soup. Main course is coming next and consists of a slow-roasted Cornish hen, steamed vegetables, herb-roasted potatoes, and a fresh buttermilk biscuit. A sweet pastry is served for a dessert. Oh, we forgot to mention – there are no utensils offered, guests are supposed to eat with their hands, like in medieval times!
Tournament of Kings is a saga about the past, a story that honors courage, knights and horses, their loyal companions. The show stable is a home for 22 horses, 10 of which star in the performance. Dinner and show package makes this performance one of the top sellers in Vegas. Tickets for Tournament of Kings are in high demand and we recommend to purchase in advance if your Vegas trip is approaching.
