Las Vegas Shows July. During both July and August Las Vegas sees an increase in rainfall, however, showers are short. July is a popular month for visitors and higher crowds are expected. Hotel rates slightly increase in July, try to plan for mid-week arrival if you would like to save on your hotel cost. With the weather average raising above 100 degrees, expect the pools to be pretty occupied. Having a drink and sinking in the pool during summer months is part of Las Vegas experience, however, avoid hot morning and midday time and try late afternoon instead.
