Hoover Dam VIP Tour

The Discovery Tour gives you access to the dam’s visitor center, a viewing of the Hoover Dam Movie and a brief look at the interior of the dam, including the generator room, and access to locations overlooking Lake Mead, the world’s largest man-made lake. You’ll also be able to take pictures of the dam and the Mike O’ Callaghan — Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge which crosses over the Colorado River from photo-op view points on the visitor center’s outdoor patio / balcony.

Located in the Black Canyon on the Colorado River, the Hoover Dam is the highest concrete dam in the Western Hemisphere, standing at more than 725 feet above the Colorado River. It is an outstanding achievement, noteworthy for its enormous dimensions, complex design and intricate construction. Keep your eye out for bighorn sheep who occasionally come down to gather and graze near the dam.

Before returning to Las Vegas you will be driven through Boulder City and see the historic buildings and markers.
